About
I'm Nils, a software engineer and tinkerer based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
I work at QueensLab, where I help companies figure out how to actually use AI without drowning in process. Right now I'm at Polestar building MLops pipelines and wrangling warranty data with machine learning. Before that, fullstack products and web technology as consultant. The work changes, but the question stays the same: how do we ship faster without losing our minds?
I believe AI should augment your thinking, not replace it with bureaucracy. That's why I do Manual Mondays. All AI tools off. Just me and the code. It keeps the brain sharp and reminds me what I actually know versus what I've outsourced.
This blog is where I write about AI-driven development. What works but most importantly what doesn't. The workflows I use daily in Cursor. No hype, no specs-for-the-sake-of-specs. Just a senior engineer trying to stay useful in a world that's changing fast.
We also run workshops on this stuff. If you want to go deeper, check out aidrivenutveckling.se. Or just lean in with a cup of coffee at a free webinar
